Why We Build This
A family restaurant in Frankfurt. 300 ingredients. 14 allergens per dish. Three languages on the menu. All manually maintained — until an error happened. GastroLogic System was born from the realization that allergen labelling is not a documentation problem, but a data problem.
We built a system that recognises menus, processes invoices, verifies ingredients, calculates allergens and publishes digital menus — without a single manual entry. The product version is called ChinaYung.
Our Technical Approach
Compliance is not a feature — it is the architecture. Our system propagates allergen changes cascading from ingredient to published dish. No gaps, no forgetting.

Labels as Source of Truth
Not the supplier, not Amazon, not the chef decides on allergens — the manufacturer label is the canonical source.
Cascade over Checklist
When a product changes, all dependent dishes propagate automatically. No manual re-checking.
Auditable by Design
Every allergen calculation is traceable: Ingredient → Component → Dish. With timestamp and source.
